Farah Adiba is part of GreenFaith Indonesia’s communication team, managing news and media relations. She also served as Communication and Partnership Manager for JISRA’s Eco Bhinneka Muhammadiyah program, promoting environmental conservation through interfaith cooperation. Farah volunteers with ‘Aisyiyah, a Muhammadiyah women’s organization, supporting sustainability and disaster risk reduction. She works with the Environment and Disaster Management Unit to empower women in these efforts. Farah holds a degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Engineering from Brawijaya University (2015).

Fajar Firmansyah is GreenFaith Indonesia’s Social Media and Project Officer Consultant. He is a professional in communication, volunteer management, and social development with over 10 years of experience at Dompet Dhuafa, overseeing more than 22,000 volunteers across 37 provinces in Indonesia. He has successfully initiated various national programs, such as Schoolunteer, Faith Walk in 277 places of worship, and the Eco Green Campaign. A winner of multiple design and video competitions, he is also an active speaker at national forums. Skilled in event management, graphic design, community development, campaign creation, and youth mobilization.

Makiko Matsui is GreenFaith’s Japan Program Associate. She received a master’s degree in religion and completed a doctoral program in Kokugakuin graduate school. She is qualified as a priest and curator. She has been researching Shinto shrines of Saitama from the Middle Ages to the early modern period. Shinto shrines have a great relationship with the natural environment. Her hobbies are piano music and calligraphy. She works with the Executive Director and Japan Senior Advisor to develop the curriculum and activity plans for the GreenFaith Japan Fellowship Program, and works with the Senior Advisor to organize meetings for religious youth with Diet members and local elected officials, and for managing the logistical needs for GreenFaith Japan program activities.

Intan Mustika is GreenFaith Indonesia’s Consultant of Finance. She has experience working in donor-funded sustaining harmony and nurturing the nature, ensuring adherence to financial best practices and donor regulations. Intan also has served monitoring evaluation and learning for Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB).

Raising awareness for spiritual and multifaith organizations’ support for Indonesia’s coal phase-out and renewable energy initiatives. She was a GreenFaith Fellow in 2018, and later helped lead 75 “Faiths for Climate Justice” actions in 2021, and 200 actions in 2022. Hening has 15 years’ experience in humanitarian and environmental work, including with the Environment Institution at Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah and Palladium International Indonesia. Hening holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology and a Master’s in Disaster Management.

Parid Ridwanuddin holds a Master in Islamic Theology and Environmental Philosophy from Paramadina University and Islamic College London. He was a GreenFaith member with over 10 years in Indonesian climate justice work. He lectures at the Protestant School for Philosophy and Jakarta’s Paramadina University. Ridwanuddin co-authored several books including “Islam is Universal Religion.” As Programme Manager, he oversees multifaith circles across Indonesia and campaigns for just energy transition from an Islamic perspective. His priorities include strengthening multifaith capacity, promoting Islamic-based energy transition advocacy, and building national organizational networks.

Yoshimi Sada is GreenFaith Japan’s Communications Associate. She graduated from Meiji Gakuin University with a degree in International Studies. She currently works with an global, environmentally creative and development-oriented company in Japan to improve the world’s water environment. Yoshimi has experience working globally and in multi-faith contexts, interpreting between Japanese and English, and creating publicity materials for overseas training programs.

Yoshiro received a BA at Gifu University and MEd. at Boston College in Religious Education. He worked for MOA International Japan for over forty years and financed UK-based Alliance of Religions and Conservation(ARC) as a finance officer of MOA from 1995 to 2019. Currently, he is also a student in a Doctoral Program at Kokugakuin University Tokyo, studying world religions’ environmental activities.

Yumi Sato is GreenFaith Japan’s Program Associate. One example of the work of this role is to develop a sense of community among the participants in the GreenFaith Japan Fellowship Program. She received a master’s degree in history from Kokugakuin University, and also has studied religious studies and other languages (especially German) with great interest.
